Michael Hogan is responsible for managing the North American Up-Market Sales organization. This includes revenue growth for both existing and new business for Oracle’s complete Human Capital Management (HCM) SaaS portfolio of solutions.
Michael has spent more than 25 years in the Human Capital Management field working with industry leaders including Oracle, ADP, ProBusiness Services and Ceridian Employer Services. He’s known for cultivating strong client relationships and helping customers define transformational HR solutions that address business goals. During his tenure at ProBusiness, he achieved the highest client satisfaction and retention levels ever recorded in the company’s history. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
