Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer - Laurentian Bank
During his 30-year career in banking, Sébastien Bélair held several positions at the Royal Bank of Canada and then at National Bank. Since February 2021, he has held the position of Executive Vice-President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Laurentian Bank. He plays a key role in the transformation that this Quebec institution has begun, with culture being at the heart of the new strategic plan.
Over the years, through his trust-based leadership, he has managed to build successful and innovative teams while promoting diversity in the workplace.
With a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal and a Master of Business Administration from Queen's University, he has developed an in-depth knowledge of several sectors of activity, having worked within the network of individuals, call centres, operations, partnership management and organizational and human resources transformation.
